Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes between 2–5 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, quoting your order number and including a photo of the item. We’ll swiftly arrange a replacement or refund.
