Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
It is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
It is not a perishable item or an opened food product (e.g. spice packets that have been unsealed are non-returnable unless faulty)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used food products and masalas
Perishable goods that have passed their expiry date
Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Email a clear photo of the item and its packaging to support@aarayna.co.uk
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
Email support@aarayna.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
Await instructions and the return address from our team
Return the item using a tracked courier service
Please note: Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received in error or is faulty.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
We will confirm receipt via email
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
