For those of you who are unfamiliar with the word Aarayna, this beautiful word means Queens. Now, I have been surrounded by Queens all of my life. My mother, my grandmother, my sister’s, my daughter, my nieces, my aunts, my sisters-in-law’s and every other woman I know (in my opinion) are Queens within their own right. 
 
We everyday Queens manage a lifetime of skills, of mothering, nurturing, caring and generally juggling everything thrown our way and food has always played a big part in our lives. 
 
Our love for food is uncomplicated. Our love for food brings people together. Our love for food allows us to remember the generations of fantastic cooks that have taught us how to blend simple ingredients to create amazing flavours in our food. 
 
This company ‘Aarayna’ is dedicated to my mother. Needless to say, she is a fantastic cook. Everything I know about food and cooking is what she has taught me. The recipes created at Aarayna are all about using everyday spices and ingredients to create mouth-watering flavours in food for you to enjoy.  
 
This is the beginning of my journey, so take time to sample our brand of chutneys and try our versatile tarka masala sauce, which is the base of a good Punjabi curry. Honestly, a little bit of home goes a very long way!
